I wish the neighbors behind me would stop screaming, they scream and yell at the kids as well as cuss at them at the top of lungs, it was so loud this morning it woke me up. Then the kids who have been raised this way, yell and scream at each other in the exact same way. The little girl taking the brunt of it from the older brother. I hear it at least 6 days a week for most of the day and now that is summer, into the evenings. Even when they are playing they are just as loud.
