Ahh, back in the day? Nowadays there are Snowboarding soccer moms and little kids chasing sponsorships.

Beer:

Lo9ng Trail is the best one that is widely available(by small-scale standards). Also Magic Hat, Otter Creek, Catamount.

The best beer in VT and damn near anywhere else for that matter never travels far. Brewed and pumped up one floor so you sit above and drink your heart content. If ever in Southern VT, you owe it to yourself to check out McNeill's.
