*Pout Pout Sob Sob*

Laurel sweetie I know you are going to kill me here but I want my mail *Pout* I know I have something special there and I so badly want to read it.

Is anyone else having troubles getting their Lit Mail??? I know of a few but I will cry if I don't get it soon.

Laurel please know that I love you and your site, but I want my mail. :(

Okay enough of that, I'm sorry just me venting here.

Hugs to all :)

bigmailbox is down...

It's not literotica, it's their mail provider, bigmailbox...
I tried to access another email account that I have, and it didn't work either - said it was 'temporarily unavailable' and that they were 'sorry for the inconvenience'.
I hate this, it's like the 3rd time they've done this to my email!

We apologize for this - it's yet another reason that we'd like to be able to host the mail ourselves. It'd take more hardware and software than we currently have (and can afford) right now, but it'd be worth it as we'd have control over what's going on and would be able to give you answers when the system goes down. Right now, WE can't even get an answer. Argh. Thanks for your understanding, and I apologize again for the pain in the ass. :)

Laurel I am sorry I was just venting.

I love that we can even get a mail account through Literotica. I just know that I have this special mail and I am getting anxious for it.

I love you Laurel for caring enough to let us know what is happening babe. You really do such a wonderful job.

Thank-you :)

Well I just got into one of my accounts and the letter that was suppose to be there wasn't :( I am sad.

I will keep trying though.

I read one of Rita's books on writing. It was a great influence, particular when it came to discipline and learning my latin based words, but I balked at her suggestion that a truly great writer should sleep with both sexes. I understand the value of writer having life experience, I do, and I swear one day I'll go bullfighting in Madrid, but please don't make me touch Peter's Pecker.

The email should be back up. If anyone is still having trouble accessing it, let me know! :)

DCL, I'm not a writer, nor do I ever hope to be, but I have that book and loved it. If you ever get a chance to read one of her novels, do it. I really liked "High Hearts". Good Civil War stuff. "Six of One" has to be my next favorite. Books, movies, tv shows rarely cause me to LOL, but her stuff has me ROTFLMAO!

Laurel,

I'm still getting this lovely message when attempting to access my Litmail...The System Is Temporarily Unavailable
We Apologize For This Inconvenience.
Thank You!

Also, I've sent you two e-mails this week (as far back as Saturday)...one from Litmail, one from my "other" address and hadn't heard back from you. Wondered if you received either one of them. Earlier this week, it was taking 48 hours for mail to get to my Lit mailbox and two e-mails were sent to me address that I never received...just checking to make sure you got the ones I sent you.

I understand that it's not your fault...and isn't a major concern for me right now, but thought you'd want to know.

Thanks!
;)

I love Rita Mae Brown!

I would have to say that my all time favorite Rita Mae Brown book is "RubyFruit Jungle" it was the first book that I ever read that was about lesbians - it really helped me to come to terms with my own bisexuality...not to mention just being a great read!

Oh, and because I know you all are just dying to know, it's called RubyFruit Jungle because that's what she sees women's pussies as... lol ...I know you really wanted to know that...
