It's the same concept for racist statues.

Those statues are blocking Americans right to breathe freely in the public square and they want to destroy them.

Just like you the farmer would ask the person who dammed the stream to remove the dam before you destroyed it, people have asked to have the offensive statues removed many times before they finally decided to start destroying them.

It's even worse for the people who want the statues removed, because their tax dollars pay to build and maintain those statues, and those statues are also on public property.

It isn't that hard to understand.

Only a racist or a sociopath would continue to search for arguments to defend racist statues.

I have never owned a slave and no black American has been a slave in the United States. There is no slavery, Republicans freed America's slaves in 1865. It doesn't exist here and hasn't for over 150 years. So shut the fuck up about it and get on with your life.

Slavery and segregation are considered to be ordained by God in the Torah, Bible and Quran.

Many of the founding fathers wanted to outlaw slavery and religion as one in the same from the Constitution... they couldn't and still establish the nation because too many of the wealthy wanted to maintain slavery and too many of the commoners were devout religious followers taught by their recent ancestors who were forced by the Christian Inquisition.
