I Need Help!

I'm surprised that nobody mentioned that you are now a bi-monthly non-smoker. It is March, and you stopped smoking way back in February. ;) Today I felt the itch of Spring in the gentle rain. In 19 days it will be Spring, but the air was filled with promise of its arrival. If Spring can keep its promise, then so can you. Hang on, and buy some more carrots. You are past the biggest hurdle, the rest are much shorter by far.

Katie,
This is a good time to smell an old used ash-tray. Remind your self of the smell that stench and the messy ashes. Think of the gooey tar running down your throat into your lungs. Making you gag for a breath of air.

Keep all the pleasing memories very vivid. The butt sticking to your chapped lips. Smoke in your eyes burning like satan's spit as you try to do anything. Dropping the ashes around the ash-tray making burn marks. Filling your childrens lungs with second hand smoke. Any other fond memories of your life with a cigarette.

Don't forget all the times you thought you enjoyed a smoke you could have enjoyed that same exact moment with out a smoke. Maybe more!

Stay strong you sweet thing!

Phil

Well, I took your advice, and went round my Mum's earlier. She smokes, and her ashtray was overflowing.

I must admit, it didn't help much.

I wanted a ciggie, bad! So, I came home, quick sharp.

Nope, I didn't even have a drag. I'm impressed with my level of self control. :D

Lou

P.S. Perdita, she moved her pot plant back.

Hi, Lou.
That is probably a good idea, sort of an aversion therapy kind of thing. Other than that, you should probably stay away from cigarets and smokers. After a while, cigaret smoke will make you gag, just like it did before you started smoking but intil then it might weaken your resolve.

May I add my admiration to your new t-shirt and your AV?

  :rose: :rose:

Yeah, I still need to stay away from other smokers. :(

Oh, and thanks for the words on my AV. I've just changed it again, though. I'm in a bondage mood today. ;)

Yay! A very up-lifting post. Thanks, Dirt Man.

I love spring, and it will be a smoke-free. :D

That new AV is very sexy. Not so much for the bondage aspect, which does nothing for me, but for your hair and the curve of your waist and hip.

Lou,

Keep it up girl! You're into your second week.

SECOND week.

Do not talk about spring yet. See my location.

:D

I think I'll change the AV again soon, and return to the regular me. Like I said, though, I was in a mood to be controlled. :p

Thanks Box and Liar.

Liar, I loved the poem, thanks for posting the link. :D

BT, I know what you mean. Spring cleaning is creeping up on me, and it's not my idea of fun. Oh well, added incentive for me: rid the house of every trace of smokey smells.

Hi. Lou.
I like your face, including your pretty smile on the current AV but the other one was very nice too. If I think of it, I might write a story about it.

 Does "GFI" stand for "Go for it" like I think it does? If so, I will write a story called "I Tie Up Lou" or something like that, where I go and see Lou, who is rather nervous, having just quit smoking, and tie her to the bed and do various things while she is tied down, but nothing that you would find distasteful.

How does that sound?

That sounds great to me!

Yes, "GFI" does stand for "Go For It", and, seriously, please do!

I know of one or two people who might enjoy reading that story. ;)

Lou

Quite!

(I must admit, you were one of the one or two I had in mind, when I said that. :p)

Katie-Lou

Of course YOU knew!!!

DOH!

:p

(Don't hit me, please. Well, not too hard, anyway. :D)
