isn't necessarily the "snow belt," but we get more than our share.

I was raised in a bit higher elevation and can remember sliding off the roof onto the snowbanks.

Well, until dear old mom caught us!

Ooooh I forgot about that! One winter my sister and I were diving off the balcony into the snow head first. Good thing we didn't get caught or I wouldn't be here to write this. lol Wish we could have gone up to the roof to do it

I like to listen to Minnesota Public Radio. I listen to all the Garrison Keillor stories about Minnesota and what it's like living there. Being from a huge metropolitan city that isn't in the snow belt it's hard to imagine.
