You can sit down with a container of Betty Crocker's Rich & Creamy Chocolate frosting and eat the entire thing with a spoon and not feel any better.

I guess I better go to bed soon before I find something else chocolate in my pantry that needs to be eaten.

Gosh, it makes me feel really sad to see you feeling this way.

Here's a BIG (((((((((((((HUG))))))
for you.

Thanks!!! I am going to bed now, the need to cry or eat is begining again and I think sleep would help anyway.

Oddly enough when I'm down eating sweets never works for me.. Whether fudge, or ice cream or caramel delight the litany of voices suddenly springs up in my mind and it always goes something like.
"Look at what you're doing now, adding ten pounds to your butt. You know you should not be eating that - don't you dare touch that ice cream. Great, now you'll be hacking and coughing all night long."

I know it sounds stupid but when I'm down only intense exercise, scrubbing my toilet, cooking dinner for my 'rents, or buying other's 'stuff' makes me feel better.

I eat junk when I'm glad, I do work when I'm sad. Sort of funny now that I think of it.

When a dark cloud hangs over you, and no matter what you (or others) try, nothing can shake your mood. Even when you talk to close friends and/or people you love, yet your mood doesn't change...
