How to stop tread notication to my email?

I do not want to receive emails stating activity on treads I'm following. I have turned them off in preferences but I continue to get emails.

Un-watch the thread and then set up the watch again, making sure you do following:

Block Literotica from the mail or unsubscribe it

You should be able to do what I said above in bulk by going to Manage watched threads:

selecting Disable email notification and then

clicking Proceed, but it has been reported not to always work.
