Booted all the time

I'm not sure what happened but I'm on my Android. I just get booted every time I did something. Something must have happened cuz it was working. I had to delete my history and it said delete data on site. Now I get booted if I look at a profile or do anything else. Plus I can see who's coming in and out of the room. Did the setting get changed? If it did, how do I change it back? Thanks so much!

I can answer here if its ok? Lit chat is run by Isedora who is a jealous little bitch and if you look at things other than her chat rooms or pms she kicks you.

Just kidding...although not fully..essentially the chat does not seem to like wireless connections. With connecting to the internet you have something called packets...all those 1 and 0's of the info. In all connections you get packet loss...if you lose too many packets you have slow connections....things will not download...not load or...disconnect. Most "wired" connections have a more stable connection and less packet loss. Wireless connections is not as stable...it drops those lil packets more. If you watch a video on youtube you see that little line that seems to fill up ahead of what you are watching...that would be the connection downloading the video ahead so it can keep playing even if you lose connection...sadly the chat does not like to buffer as much as some places...so...you get disconnected...sorry...

So lets just say Isedora is a jealous bitch and does not like being ignored because its shorter

Ok but I get booted when I get a text or open Google has nothing to do with her..it was working i deleted my browsing history it asked if I wanted to delete data from x sites click ok now back to old lit issues figuring some updates got wiped out don't know how to find them.

LitChat needs a constant signal to your device. Unlike other websites there is not data buffer where chat resides and you can miss a few seconds of chat and it will still be there. This chat is 100% live.

Most phone browsers (and some computer browsers that share the same functionality) cut data to any page that is not currently active to minimise your data bill on your Internet service.

That means of you take you eye off lit by viewing another page, or answering a call, or letting your phone screen lock, and the signat to the server is cut by your browsers, chat see this as you logging out. Next time you view the site it reloads the lobby but not any other rooms you are in so those appear to be "locked up". The same thing can happen if you have a bad data connection with packet loss or random drop outs, or if you're on mobile data and bouncing between cell towers or swapping bands (4g to 5g for example).

To minimise dropping chat, keep the screen active. You don't have to type, but keep the window front and centre.

Better yet, visit on a desktop / laptop.
