There is something really screwy going on with reading lists, apart from the problems described in my earlier thread.
Today I created a new reading list, and I can see the new list in the Reading Lists page of my account.
However, when I go to the Tags portal and bring up a list of stories, then click on the bookmark icon for a story, it doesn't show up. Nor does it show up if I open a story and click on the bookmark icon there.
I'll report the problem - hopefully this time it will get sorted. I don't know why they can't just revert whatever change was put in that broke the reading lists - I really hope they're using some form of version control system to track changes so they can revert something that's gone so wrong.
Oh, and I've just discovered that now, if I edit the name of a list so it appears somewhere else in the list of reading lists (as I often do to move it to near the top, so it's visible on the first page of the bookmark display), it doesn't move in the bookmark display. This was working this morning though, so maybe just a glitch.
