Well I talked to my girlfriend about it, and she is smart about these things...

she says that when you don't 'really get the job quite done' if you are too scaried about the whole thing, then go into a dream so you are not scared, but that if you really aren't concerned at all about it, then take yourself to a scarey place and try it...
