How Many Days Until Spring

I found out the other day that they are doing away with my team mascot after this season. I grew up with the grinning guy and never thought of him as racist. It's all right though. I'm not mad. It is 2018, not 1918 anymore after all. It won't affect my enjoyment of sitting at the ballpark and enjoying a beer and a dog.

i understand that the team won't wear him, but that they will still sell fan merch though. am i correct?

I'm surprised they didn't make the change before now, to be honest. Our hyper-sensitive society makes people and organizations so proactive about such things.

I go to the beach once a year maybe. The rest of the time I am dripping sweat from the heat/humidity. Simply getting into my car feels like a daily trip to hell.

It's give and take as far as that goes. We're over here stuck in this ice box of a flu outbreak. Meanwhile, I'm watching the Australian Open a few weeks ago and they were having days with 100 degrees +.
