A man has a sex change and then "comes out" as a lesbian?

I'm sorry that is not a "lesbian." Its ridiculous.

Of course this is also an individual who was an active member of an extreme rightwing political party and was kicked out for refusing to work with other extreme rightwingers.

Just being a straight dude and joking about having been "born a lesbian in a man's body" would've been a far easier route, so... I dunno. I tend to think someone who's willing to go through being surgically altered to be a female in order to come out as a lesbian has kind of earned their... spurs? What would be the lesbian version of spurs? Earned a freebie on their U-Haul rental?

Whatever's going on there, it certainly shows commitment, you can't deny that.
