I say annoy the neighbors...more than likely they've annoyed you at one time or another. We sometimes like to turn the stereo up to piss off the kid next door (lazy thing that he is, smoking pot and listening to Limp Bizkit all day). He doesn't like our music at all and was pounding on the wall last week
