I'm having problem with my computer and i would like to know if anyone has a solution.

This is an older dell but in great condition the problem i'm having is

I have thre lines of lite blue and two dark blue

In each lite blue is a list of functions and ont the other side is funtions for aol msn

the dark blue has nothing

But there is a goast image

Any ideas thanks for your inpute i have window 98 installed.

One problem it has not been on-line at my end so i'l have to contact the person i got it from.
