You need to post 100 times before you can get a picture (avatar).
If you read the sticky (FAQs before posting) at the top of the forum it will answer so many of your questions.

Do you want to show the link to your Flickr album, like you have now? Or did you want to show an actual picture, like I've inserted below?

If you want just the link, you're fine; if you want to show a pic, check the "FAQs Before Posting" sticky, like Quoll said. In there, there's a question to the effect of "How do I insert images into my sig/post, instead of attaching them?". Click on that question, and you'll be taken to step by step instructions on how to insert images directly in posts/signatures.

If you do put images in your sig, PLEASE make sure they're a reasonable size, like under 300x300 pixels (a good deal smaller than the pic below) or the size in your Flickr album. Plenty of us either have dialup, use mobile devices, and just don't like to junk up our pages with peoples' gigantic signatures.

Also, keep them tasteful and within Lit's rules if they're in your AV or sig for the members who browse at work, in public locations and in places where their kids might accidentally see. Your lingerie shots are tasteful IMO.

If you post any semi-sexy pics of yourself, or other women guys might mistake for you, be prepared for a bunch of explict PMs and requests for cyber, more pics, etc. If you don't want as many PM's, leave it as a link in your sig, and post something neutral for your AV when you have enough posts.
