Having trouble with lit chat

hello everyone

I have a question for anyone who can answer. I've been trying to get into lit chat using this name but it keeps telling me the name doesn't exhist but obviously it does. Can't I use this name or do I have to have a seperate one just for chat? Any help would be appreciated

Chat is different from the boards, you will have to register there.
