I would make sure he is facing the simple fact that any money you get isnt just for you but to provide for your son. That your intent is to reestablish a home for him, and you... to get back to having a life in which your son can be a kid, focus on school, and generally grow up to be a helluva guy.

That he isn't trying to take this money just from me, but from our child.

The last thing I want my lil man to do is to grow up faster than he should. I had to and that's something I've never wanted for him and I'll do whatever I can to not have it be that way.

He already is a helluva kid. I'm very blessed.

You already know how much I admire and respect you and I'm honored that you'd even take the time to open a thread by me and even read it, much less respond to it.


I'm afraid that those lawyers may be to young, granted I"m not familiar with this stuff.. but I need someone very experienced. He has the former prosecuting attorney of our town. Someone who was recommended to me but I immediately dismissed because he is a vulture. See I said I was naive.


Why limit to one drink? I vote for at least two.. well I'm only good for two to be honest. lol

Your ex probably has a friend that's persuading him. Telling him things like he earned all of that money... don't let her take it from you..blah blah..

This seems to be the case with every separation I've seen.

You need to find that persuading person(s) and confront them.
