Good Friday in the French Quarter

Tomorrow is Good Friday, I think? I could leave tonight, or I could leave tomorrow morning. Or should I stay here?

Would you meet me at Jackson's statue in the square at 6PM? Would you call my name to see if I was there?

The more I think about it, the more I want to go. Something wonderful could happen. Nothing could happen, and that might be wonderful too.

Why am I being called to the French Quarter on Good Friday?

Well I suggest soon after you hit Jackson square that you walk over to Keuffer's or Molly's for some reasonably priced libation. Swallow, reapeat X 100 then roll on over to The Mermaid Lounge to see 'Afroskull' play. Too bad you aren't here tonight, you could see 'All That' play at Tipitina's.
