Of course, the "White House," whoever that is, acknowledged that it has "no immediate force of law," whatever that means — and the National Archives has stated that it has no plans to formally add it to the Constitution. The ERA’s eligibility has expired, and could not be added now unless Congress acts. Congress, under control of Republicans, is unlikely to do so. Someone should advise Biden that Dementia is not a magic ticket to becoming a dictator and wishing Constitutional amendments into existence.

Just Biden throwing another spanner into the works before he gets evicted. If he wanted this, he should have done it when Pelosi had a majority. The guy's just gone...and the sooner he's shown the door, the better.
