Joe Biden Pardons Traitor Mark Milley, J6 Committee Members, Fauci, Trump Conspirators

I've never even heard of Jimmy Dore. But that's beside the point. You and I both know what January 6 really was, and no amount of obfuscating on your part will change that - except for people like you who desperately want to believe otherwise.
Jimmy Dore used to be a voice for the oppressed. Then he saw were the $$ was for his personal gain. Now he’s the one sellout shitty trumpers point to to say their shitty points make sense to many, many 🙄 people on the left.

Imagine my surprise!

Jimmy Dore:

James Patrick Anthony "Jimmy" Dore (1965–) is an American wannabe, failed, pseudo-comedian, syncretic political commentator, and conspiracy theorist.[1] He is the eponymous host of The Jimmy Dore Show and former[2] co-host of Aggressive Progressives (with Steve Oh) on The Young Turks (TYT) network. In April 2019, Dore announced he was, amicably, leaving TYT and would no longer host Aggressive Progressives.[note 1][2] In 2021, he was accused by Ana Kasparian of subjecting her to sexual harassment and public humiliation. He would later admit to this and apologise.[3] As of February 25, 2023, his YouTube channel, called The Jimmy Dore Show, has over 1.15 million subscribers and over 644 million views.[4] As of February 25, 2023, he also has 456,170 followers on Twitter[5] and over 112,000 followers on Facebook.[6]

What would you call trying to stop the official election of the president-elect and hang the vice president?
The fictional narrative you were told by the media and you believe without question or independent thought.

The problem is, it wasn't fictional. It happened as a matter of fact- whether you like it or not.
So again, when Hitler invaded your country in 1942 and laid siege to Stalingrad, a battle in which over a million of your countrymen perished- would you call that a "peaceful parade of happy German emissaries who were unfairly attacked by the Communist (as in, ACTUAL communist) media?"

Seeing the exact opposite of what's right before your eyes is not "independent thought", it's delusion.
You repeatedly telling others what they actually see, know and think is not a valid or rational argument.

Consider it a backhanded compliment, then. I didn't think you were stupid enough to really believe January 6 was just a guided tour. A mistake I will not repeat.

Any person pardoned can refuse the pardon as well
That's right but despite Biden's statements to the contrary that accepting a pardon is not an admission of guilt, according to Burdick v United States, 236 U.S. 79 (1915) it is.

"This brings us to the differences between legislative immunity and a pardon. They are substantial. The latter carries an imputation of guilt; acceptance a confession of it. The former has no such imputation or confession. It is tantamount to the silence of the witness. It is noncommittal. It is the unobtrusive act of the law given protection against a sinister use of his testimony, not like a pardon, requiring him to confess his guilt in order to avoid a conviction of it."

So tell your crazed President and his media to stop bullshitting us about the ramifications of accepting his Pardons.

Nice try, but that commentary is not legally binding. According to a decision involving a pardon from Trump.

He isn't my President and I certainly don't care to tell him to stop anything.

As a preemptive pardon such as this has never been given I doubt the ruling applies. Plus, an admission of guilt of what, exactly? They weren't being indicted or even investigated for a crime.

And I've said as much previously regardless - I think such a pardon is a blatant abuse of power and should've immediately led to impeachment....and the timing of the pardon supports my position.

🧐If refusing to be a mindless gutless bootlicker for ptard bonespurs makes one a traitor, I suppose you’re spot on.
