Congress determines who can be a member and who can't based on moral turpitude.

They recently tossed George Santos for this.

EVERY J6 committee member who just received a Prez Pardon has, via the SCOTUS decision, committed a crime of moral turpitude sufficient to necessitate that pardon.

EXPEL THEM ALL!

Yeah, those pardons came really late, but Trump couldn't do anything until he got back into office.

Years of prison time for people who were let into the capital buildings by police, were wandering around, taking selfies with police, being escorted around by police...truly ridiculous to even suggest that was some kind of 'insurrection'.

It isn't exactly news that stirring up hate and division (i.e. "Harris is for they/them, Trump is for you!") wins elections. Your side has been doing it more often than not since 1968.
