Professionally while I was still working, a co-worker came up to me and asked if I were ever planning on becoming a contractor for my profession. When I told him I've thought about it, he said he would hire on to work for me in a heartbeat.

Personally, I was volunteering to teach some classes for cub scout parents on how to make things more fun, and I was asked during the course if I was a professional team builder because of how motivational my presentations were.
