Gag me?

I have very little experence with gags. The first time my friend decided to gag me he used a silk tie and had me open my mouth and wrapped it around my head acouple of times, placeing the final knot in my mouth for me to bite down on. The last time he sessioned me was on my birthday and then he used a ball gag. It was the first time I'd ever been exposed to one on a personal level. We actually sell alot in the ren shop, and make some different ones. He chose to use it just at the moment my oral fixation was at it's peak. Now I've seen other gags, he's even threatend me with the bit gag before, and after reading a story by WriterDom I started thinking about all the different shapes gags come in. The other little subby in the shop mentioned to me a long time ago that she prefered rubber gags because they were easier to clean.

I guess my question is, do you use different gags for different responces, or functions altogether? I realize that the o-ring ones or the open mouth ones have a perpose in mind, but is there one "intended" for the other gags? What's your favorite material and why? And what's your favorite type? Does it change with your mood, or your partner's experence?

I'd consider a bit gag a good choice for pony play, and I also hear they make you drool more than other gags? pannel assisted ball gags are what I hear are best for muting noise...

Ball gags are painful and cause alot of damage to the sides of my mouth which leads to lip ulcers.

I have a bit gag which is perfect.
I can talk in a muffled voice when using it, so its means we don't have to look at alternative ways for safe words.
I love it, I can bite down on it through pain play and go much further than I can without it.
It has some deep teeth marks in it lol

I don't dribble using it though.

We use my scarves. (I collect pretty scarves.) But I'm like shy. My mouth is small enough that most dentists have to use the childrens tools for me. I've seen ball gags, and I guarantee that my mouth doesn't open that wide.

I had a ball gag but I found that after a while I would get mouth cramp especially when we have one of our 3 hour sessions. I now have a small cock gag (its purple) and I find that more comfortable and my speech hampered a lot more.

If you make a gag, those elastic bands made to hold on eyeglasses work well. They usually are self-tightening. Make good blindfold bands as well.

At the shop we make some of the gags. The ball gags are quite simple actually, just a rubber ball and a thick rubber cord threaded thru it with a very sharp long needle. Mainly we do three sizes: 2inch, 1.5 inch, and 1 inch. Tho on occation they do make a couple 3 inchers. Personally I don't see how anyone could keep one of them in their mouthes for long. I was given the one incher, and it was only used for about 30 mins. It was small enough that I could suck it in just a bit. Helped a bit with my oral fixation as well.

We have collected several types of gags. You are right, the O rings use it obvious. But I find the others come in handy for other events. If I am in for a hard beating, I like to have a softer rubber ball gag that I can bite into. If I am being used for his release, I like to have the penis gag... unless he wants to use my mouth as well then I like the o ring.

The first is the standard old rubber ball, the second one is from Stormy Leather and it is now my favorite. I like that the rubber cover extends to the straps, less stess on the sides of my mouth.

The o-rings come in different sizes too. Make sure the o-rings fit him or they are just plain useless. The trick is to find one that fits your mouth and his cock.

Don't even get me started on the harnesses...:-D
