There are only 5 types of People on this planet...
Group A... the people of need...
60% of the people of this planet earth are generally and genuinely disenfranchised - in a myriad of combinations of circumstances.
Those circumstances (again generally) are: Grossly undereducated, geographically withdrawn/challenged, scientifically uninvolved and genetically overdue - all of which, and in any combination, tend to lead to gross amounts of financial misfortune.
These are people who merely care about basic survival - surviving aids, surviving the environment, and surviving oppressors - simply surviving life - the one they were 'born' into. They tend to not really care 'how' they survive - they really can't care - they are actually below caring.
Either they have not been taught to care - or caring has been beaten out of them some how - beaten out of them by the life oppressing circumstances they have been born to.
These people simply 'can't do anything.' They can't do anything about their own condition except to attempt to survive as best they can.
Generally, their fates are in others hands. The irony here is that 'they' are actually the majority of people on our planet - yet they cannot rule - they are actually (currently and for quite some time to come - too many life-times to guess) incapable of it.
Group B... the spoiled people...
10% of the people of this earth are exactly the opposite, the other end of the spectrum from those outlined above - but (again ironically so) they are exactly the same. These folks 'seemingly' have it all.
They are the diametric opposite of the people above in group A. They have been educated. They are generally healthy. They live in prosperous locations and climates, where - if they want to - they can live exemplary lives in relative freedom and affluence.
But - 'they choose' - (for many a psychologically complex reason) - to 'not do anything in life, to not care much about life or others they share life with.'
In many ways these people are actually 'the most pitiful of all.' They have it all - and do nothing with it.
Group C... the people of want...
10% of the people on this planet have a lot going for them - some have been highly educated, those who haven't been formally educated - they still 'think,' - they even tend to educate themselves.
This group therefore, are capable and often do - enjoy some form/amount of wealth. They are less likely to find themselves in geographic disparity - because even if they originated from such, they are capable of mobility - and therefore can move away from oppression when it might rear its head.
They have greater access to science and health care - so they can live long lives. They also tend to have a voice. They often have a 'loud' voice. They can 'have some things.' Some wealth. However - they nearly always 'want more things.' In their 'thinking' - what they have is not enough. And in fact - their want for more - often leads them to hatred of those 'who have.'
They tend to 'grasp at tradition' - so much so they can become zealot's. In their minds they are very rational - because you see, they are smart, so they know they are right. And to them, 'those who already have all that they want' (this is in 'their minds') - they have accumulated it via oppression. Usually these people see it as oppression purveyed upon them. For these people there is quite often, no room for any rational debate. These are the most dangerous people on the planet.
Their beliefs are so strong because their intellect is so strong - just not strong enough to see beyond their own want.
Thus is the irony of seemingly oppressed.
Group D... The idealistic people...
10% of the people here on this earth are very much like the above, group C - but, educationally speaking - they have gone quite a bit beyond that group.
They are studied. Though these folks can come from anywhere - any type of family - any type of place - they most often come from the upper tiers of any society.
Actually it's quite a simple set of circumstances that allows these types to bloom. Because they have been fortunate enough to have educationally 'gone a good bit beyond the basics of most higher education' (by whatever means) they tend to be much more philosophical than most of the other groups - and so, they tend to be 'idealists' - they tend to think, and yearn for Utopia.
They also, egotistically speaking - tend of course to 'think that they are right.' Because of the way they were taught - 'they think anything is possible.' And they can also think that 'all the other groups will follow their way of a perfect Utopian life - if they simply discuss it - and example it.' They think - 'why wouldn't they?'
But there is one great problem here - most people like this, in this group - 'they already have.' And therefore, these people are very often perceived by the rest of the world as elitist - (and in fact that is what they are) - and many, many of the 'have-nots' consider them to be - oppressors.
Which in fact they are.
I don't think I have to point out the irony there.
And finally...
Group E... the realistic people...
10% - the last 10% of people on this planet... They are also, for the most part, very educated. They are very similar to group D. They too share in the blessings of mostly good circumstance. Good educations, good geography, good medicine and science - and yes, wealth of money and 'things.'
Therefore they too are perceived by many as oppressors.
But there is one big difference - this group is made up of 'realists.' They tend to analyze things in a 'current mindset.' They tend not to spend very much thought on dreamy, Utopian futures. (Ah - they do this, but not much, the current nature of things - in 'our time, now' - preclude such long-term fantasies, although they will fully admit - they would want an 'ideal Utopian society' too. After all, everyone with some smarts wants Utopia.)
But, because they are most often steeped in thought that is 'reality based and current,' they tend to know more accurately the 'contemporary actuality' - which is...
That they are often - 'irrationally labeled and to no fault their own' - 'oppressors' by a huge group of people in the world who also, can happen to be irrational zealots bent on destruction of all 'those who have.'
Oh the irony of what is perceived to be reality and what actually is not.
Epilogue...
And the irony here, the irony overall, the irony of our lives, the irony of life - and that of course includes all these groups presented here - for all the people of our planet...
Is one of birth.
Nobody can be faulted for where, how or to whom they were born. Yet that is exactly what the reality of the global situation is. People are faulted by their right of birth.
