I was a junior in college. I loved his family, but he was a nightmare. When I said I wanted to break up, he tried to kill us both by driving over the median of a 4-lane highway into oncoming traffic. Thank God his car was a piece of crap and didn't make it all the way across.

Signing the documents to buy my first condo. No roommates. My equity. My own pet. My own everything. Fucking liberating. Didn’t need someone else’s furniture or worry about wall color or nails to hang things.

Guinea pigs. Where I learnt that a mama rodent will have babies with her son rodent, and the son rodent will trample the babies. It was a steep learning curve at 8 years old.

Working at a hallmark store as soon I was old enough to get working papers. Walkable from both my high school and my house. Quiet store, I got to chill more than work. Always smelled like scented candles.

First and so far only, 6 years ago I was Jack the Ripper at a party / gallery opening some friends had put together. Red waistcoat, black cloak, cane, and something to darken the circles around my eyes. Boring party, sadly.

Ok sorry. A question about athletics. Probably making the volleyball team in high school, but I hated it. I hated team sports. It wasn’t until I learned proper lifting form and took classes at the gym I belonged to that I started to enjoy physical fitness for the sake of fitness.

I competed in cross country running events from junior primary age. My favourite achievement was coming 20-something out of a couple of hundred, beating my dad, at aged 12.

A really mod Townhouse, newly built. Complete with 70's carpet in shades of olive green, brown and orange. Had a small backyard where I used to nude sunbathe. I had a rose garden and vegetable garden. People thought I was the manager because I had all sorts of flowers out front.

I’m not sure if the age, but it would have been the Atlantic off the coast of South Carolina where my family had property. I never enjoyed being in the ocean, much prefer pools.
