If you're actually serious then just stay in. You have a condom on.... it doesn't matter if you're cumming or not, you could still get her pregnant just from pre-cum. If it breaks.. it breaks... not much you can do about it whether you pull out or not.

I'd say have a chat with the lady in question first. Is she taking the pill or using a diaphragm or some other form of birth control? If so, then you have less to worry about if the condom slips or breaks. If not, you might want to add a contraceptive foam or jelly to your adventure.

Otherwise, you can come inside her, but make sure you hold the end of the condom tightly when you pull out after you come. Otherwise it might slip and and spill inside her.

I agree that you should talk to her... if you can't talk about this then i dought ur ready to have sex with her.... but thinking you are cool with talking to her either one works... before i went on the pill my boy use to pull out and lay it in my hip crease so i could feel him cum, it worked well for us. i also would vote for a condum with spermisidal (sp) lube. well take care

When it comes to sex make sure that ur safe, talk to ur gf, see how she feels about having sex, whether she's ready or not. Make sure she gets on the pill so then they'll be no worries, and ALWAYS use a condom. Go to Planned Parenthood or ur local clinic/birth control provider, I got on the pill a month b4 i lost my virginity to my bf, best decision i ever made. good luck, have fun!
