First Munch Tips?

Fury you did not explain what fire cupping is though and I need it as I did not see that in the demo. I do not like black everyone posts in black its so boring, I don't know if its branding only time will tell but it could be the start of what branding might be like. He got the metal to an orange and maybe for a more permenant brand you need it hotter, eek. I use magenta because we all know she was a big huge slut and she was my most favorite character too. If you have a preference of color other then black speak now or forever hold your peace Fury.

I think the magenta by itself is cool. I think it's when it's with the blue that it really makes your eyes water. Although I personally much prefer that indigo color you used just now.

Lemme see if I can give a more detailed explanation for you... Fire cupping -- oh yes! I actually saw it as more of a holistic healing sort of thing, I've remembered now -- is, in theory, very simple.

You take a cup - glass will work great, if you want clear, or maybe a china or porcelain would work too - and a metal stick, perhaps a foot long, wrapped in cloth soaked in something very flammable. Light the end on fire, and heat the air *inside* the cup, then very very swiftly apply the cup to the body -- the back is a good place, as it's fairly flat.

Heat expands. The flame expands both the cup and the air inside it. As it cools, the skin becomes suctioned to the cup, and you can actually see it being "swelled", for lack of a better word, into the cup.

Some healers and religions see it as a way of drawing impurities out of the body.

Oh, also... on another forum, I once posted in light blue-violet on a black background, with everything center-aligned. I tried to keep paragraphs short so they wouldn't cause too much trouble, but even then, it bugged the crap out of some people.

Don't take it personally if a color you like to type in hurts someone's eyes -- keep in mind everyone has a different screen, too, and what is bright and painful to one person may be perfectly legible to another.

It's so odd the turns a thread can take; I vote for this color as well. I enjoy LJ's contributions, but have to agree the other colors were painful.

If it warms your heart any I am a bit curious but not sure I would or could ever do something about it. Most of the time I am pretty flexable unless I am annoyed or upset that is, but does anyone have an idea for a backup color?? I am thinking purple myself. Its not quite as dark as indigo but still fairly dark though.

Not sure about any extra pain right now with the Heat and then what I did on Monday I still am feeling that pain. I am glad you spoke up and stated your needs, and because I have a fondness for you I was ok with the change. On the fire cupping I need to see it and then it will become clear for me or at least I need photos. Ok never mind now I understand.

I have a hard time reading the lime, but the dark green is fine.

Most any text you can't read, you can highlight the text with your mouse...that will remove any color formatting, and reverse the text so it's white with a black background. It should be easier to read, then. Well, it is for me, anyway.

Works most of the tiime for me as well - there are a few colors I still can not see that way and will click "reply" to see the text in b&w then use "return" to go back if I do not want to add a comment. I have also found host sites for my "dirty" pics while in the "reply" window where I can see the link information. hee hee

This is why I have let you guys dictate what colors I will be using just so its easier for you to read, but I hate black everyone posts in black. I'm not everyone I like to go solo style so I always post with color.
