I only have someone's Skype name. I may have been ghosted, but he found me here originally... mostly I just need to know if he's ok. How do I do that?

There are all kinds of reasons that people ghost. And I know it sucks to be on the receiving end of that, but outside of sending a Skype message and maybe a PM saying that you just want to know that he’s okay, there’s really nothing else you can do.

Watched the video. I love how he guarantees success by saying that if you get to the part where you’ve meditated on the 5 memories and then feel better, then the method has already worked. And that if you don’t get the call or text, then it’s your fault because you doubted it would work or felt fear. I hate hokey stuff like this, even more hate people proclaiming that it works. Maybe the OP can also get some help from her horoscope?

Heard. That was all my intention was. I think I have a lead, but no response to that PM either, yet. It is what it is, I was just legit concerned!

I don't advise trying to find him using some other means, if he'd limited the contact to Skype - someone messaged me on KIK based on working out my user name from a profile on a completely different platform. It totally weirded me out, and felt completely stalkerish. (It also made me feel bad for having done some slightly stalkery things in the past myself.)

Ghosting sucks like a huge sucky thing, and I feel your pain. But it's usually best to just walk away ... either something's happened, that you probably can't do anything about, or he's a dick, in which case do you really want to keep in contact with him? I really don't get it - I've was ghosted a while back by a guy that I literally had YEARS of ongoing email contact with. And I know he's fine because ... well, there are reasons I know (that aren't at all stalkery). I just had to let it go - obviously he wasn't up to actually being honest with me as to why he dropped contact, so that's ultimately on him.

Still totally sucks though.
