Fetish of the Week 01: Pregnancy (Conception, Pregnant Women, Lactation, Birth Control)

1) Have you written a story with this fetish (yes, this is a self-promotion space.) Feel free to post any passages which you particularly think captured the concept well.
Not yet, but I have thought about a little sequel story to my Duchess of Lust series, where the main character (a noblewoman) wants to get started on continuing the dynasty with her husband, and has an intense breeding scene (complete with fantastical alchemical components to ensure a pregnancy).

2) How did you approach the fetish? What parts of it turn you on? Which parts leave you cold?
What turns me on is the deep, lasting, emotional consequences of that sort of sex. Specifically for the aforementioned characters, as the children of that union could have a big impact on the world. So sex with grander and greater consequences than just getting off can create a different sort of emotional thrill. There's also the aspects of trust and vulnerability, and tying into a deep, evolutionary need. Surrendering to biological urges beyond just one's own need to get off. From a romantic/relationship perspective, the appeal of having a partner who is supportive and caring during all of that has its appeal. A deep emotional bond brought about by genuine love and concern, both for the mother and the child. In terms of what leaves me cold...I really don't like the idea of writing anything while the character is actually pregnant. The act of impregnation and breeding itself and the lasting impacts on the world and their dynasty? Hell yeah. All the 'work' and aches and pains of pregnancy? Not something I want to delve into in my erotic fantasies.

6) Do you have this fetish in real life, any experiences you want to share, or is it purely an on-the-page fantasy?
This is 100% an on-the-page fantasy. Of all of my kinks, breeding is one that exists solely in the fictional realm.

2) How did you approach the fetish? What parts of it turn you on?
I love the bodies of pregnant women. Scientists say that during pregnancy women "appear" more beautiful and brighter, to gently induce both their husbands and other humans to nurture them (it has been working for ten million years).
Some people neglect their wives during pregnancy. I really do not understand how this is possible: she is so beautiful!
I have tried to describe both neglecting and honoring with the mouth of a willing man, in my "Here comes the Bride (only)" with my dear Pregnant Priscilla.
I know that by definition, pornography and masturbation would "seem" to be the opposite of reproduction, however, I am convinced that a pregnant woman is always a great Symbol of Hope for everyone. (I don't know if I was able to express this hope in "https://literotica.com/s/a-goddess-gift-to-leinyere-amazons"
I always try to make explicit in my stories that the characters have either already had children or will have children in the near future (even those who wear a chastity cage 🔒 on their penis 24/7/365) along with their faithful wife.

I posted a dilemma I had over a story I wrote a while back. Two women in a relationship recruit a neighborhood guy home from college to impregnate one of them. A male fantasy, inseminate a sexy woman, no strings attached. Yet I'd love to write part two, providing a sibling. Except to first one would be still lactating, having given birth two months before he returns home. It's the lactating thing I can't deal with.

Lactation amounts can vary from one woman to another.

Yeah, I prefer not to dwell on lactation either. So I just treat it in my writing like any other natural-but-not-overly-interesting bodily function. My fictional pregnant characters never have issues with their bladder control either, even though that too is a very real part of pregnancy.

2) How did you approach the fetish? What parts of it turn you on? Which parts leave you cold?
3) Is there a big Lit market for this fetish? What do readers want? What don't they want?
4) If this fetish leaves you completely cold, we still want to hear from you and why you are so disgusted with the rest of us.
5) Have I missed any aspects of this fetish?
6) Do you have this fetish in real life, any experiences you want to share, or is it purely an on-the-page fantasy?
1. Yes. In fact most of my stories are in this genre. I'll post a few of them, any damn day now.
2. I'm fascinated by all the things that pregnancy does to the human body, all the changes that occur in such a comparatively short period of time. It's frankly amazing to me that women can survive it, especially seeing as human gestation seems to be a lot more difficult that it is with other mammals. One of the really big sacrifices made in exchange for big brains and bipedal locomotion, iirc.
3. Don't know, don't care.
4. Not sure if I'm qualified to speak on this one, but it does seem odd to me sometimes that we've come to the point where having sex for the explicit purpose of reproduction is considered odd, when most of our ancestors would have seen it as bit odd (if not outright immoral) that we had any other purpose in mind.
5. As an Elder Millennial/Xillenial, I sometimes think about the socio-economic implications of the fetish. If not me, then I often wonder if those younger than me are drawn to it out of something in the subconscious causing them to want the stability and financial conditions that would actually allow them to raise a family. Something which seems to range from difficult to impossible for practically everyone coming of age in the post-9/11 era.
6. I do. Which is weird, considering my fairly low libido. I like pregnancy, but I'm indifferent as to what it takes to actually cause it.

I don't think I would or should ever want to have kids in the real world, given my poverty along with my and my family’s history of mental illness. Still, I do indeed have a bad case of the preggo fetish, and I have a fairly good idea of where I got it:

One of my fellow ESL teachers was pregnant when she and I started dating. Stayed with her off and on throughout the pregnancy and for a few years after her son was born. I may have changed more diapers in that time than she did.

Because of where we were living (one of the more conservative Islamic countries), I would often let people think that I was her husband and the child's father. And, on that note, I think that living in such a traditional culture, where childbirth and large families are encouraged, had a definite effect on me. I'm not sure how happy I am to admit it.

They're doing well in life, as far as I know, but sometimes I still miss that little guy.

As an old Boomer with a wife and child of my own, who was born to me when I was poor (much poorer than Stephen King was in his early days!), let me tell you that poverty never stopped women from having children either in antiquity or in the Middle Ages, despite plague, infection, famine, wars and even wolves (which were a serious danger, in those centuries, wolves!).🐺🐺🐺
The saddest thing I read about Harry Potter was that in his class generation, they were almost all only children. Except for the Weasleys, who were seven - probably because Molly was an extraordinarily unusual witch. This happened because Voldemort and his henchmen killed so many people, but this did not stop either marriages or births. And to react against Voldemort, the best weapon is weddings and births. That was the most important thing for Fleur, Nimphadora Tonks, Jinny, Hermione: pregnancy.
Does this have anything to do with pregnancy in literature? Of course!
Erotic literature expresses the dreams of authors and triggers the dreams of readers.
You seem full of things to tell. Why don't you write a semi-autobiographical story of you as the 'almost-husband' of your pregnant colleague? I would love to read it.

Had I been born 500 years ago, they would have probably had me take the vows and enter a monastery. They used to do that to the weird kids, and maybe I'm a case study in why they did it. :p

I don't think anyone would ever want to read the autobiography of an ESL teacher, as it's a very tedious and boring thing to spend to spend a decade. It's all the problems that a normal teacher in a bad district experiences, compounded by you living in an alien culture.

Teaching English as a second language involves building a bridge🌉 between two civilizations, probably two cultures, sometimes two alphabets, every moment.
I sincerely believe it is one of the most beautiful jobs in the world because you allow people who were born in faraway places to communicate through a lingua franca (Tolkien's Common Speech to replace Latin). From Iceland to Minas Tirith.
.
I wasn't expecting an entire Biography (by the way, who is Anderson, a player in the Houston Texans of the National Football League?). But a 750-word narrative about this situation with the pregnant co-worker.... to me that sounds intriguing.

I wrote about the pregnancy fetish in a series I am working on on my SmashWords account.

One of my biggest fetishes has always been pregnant women. There is just something so sexy about a woman, usually about 6-9 months along. The way the breasts get so big and firm, especially when they start lactating. Still one of my "bucket list" items when it comes to sex. I am not sure why it turns me on so much. The only time I got close to this was at a play party (She was a vendor, not a player). I told one of the women there about my feelings, and she, right there at the PP, whipped out a boob and let me taste the milk. It was incredible and I have been a fan ever since.

The story I wrote about this is available if you follow the link in my signature (OP said I could promote it!). And I love the way it came (see what I did there?) together.

That's a very hot experience!! I'm with you on that kink.

I have a scene in mind for a current WIP where a wet nurse milks her tits into a woman's pussy, fills it up until it's dribbling out, and slurps it all out of there. I really wanted the wet nurse to be pregnant, but then I learned that pregnant women don't produce milk. It's dribbles of colostrum (Never had any kids myself. No experience with that), so that scene didn't quite work. But it sounds like a woman can induce lactation with a breast pump or something similar, so that was my wet nurse workaround.
