Fasting? I have lung cancer with chemo treatment. I am supposed to feel nauseous and lose appetite and weight.

I don't. I like my food and have put on 5 lbs since the cancer was diagnosed.

You heal your body thru fasting, and automatically your energy, mental state, will be healed. Our bodies are so full of toxins and filth from over-eating, eating garbage fake food, it's a miracle any of us are still alive. So by fasting, all the toxins gradually clear up and your mood, energy, and emotions get healed.

Religions say to focus on your soul, or focus the mind, but they are wrong. FIRST focus on your body, and then your mind and soul gets fixed automatically.

If you drink nothing for 20 days.... You WILL die. 2-10 days? You may end up with irreversible kidney damage; depending on how lucky you are, dialysis could save you. Long story short? Don't believe everything you read online, or you may inadvertently receive a posthumous Darwin award. Peace.

You can also damage your health by drinking TOO much water.

MY immune system is compromised by chemotherapy. My doctor's recommendation is to eat plenty of vegetables and take dietary pills supplements. I am checked every three weeks before chemo to make sure my immune system has recovered. Since the first session of chemo when it had to be postponed twice because my immune system wasn't right, ever since I have had no problem - because I eat. If I starved? I would be in real trouble.

no you won't die. Now you can't just immediately jump into that kind of thing. You'd probably need to do a fruit only diet for 6 months before attempting a 3 to 5 day water fast. But it is possible. Pretty much everything you've been told by the medical industry is nothing but a total and complete lie.

ok just broke the 24 hour water fast (no food, no liquid, no water). Broke it with some raisins and half a watermelon. I feel better now than I have felt in many, many years. I highly suggest you all transition to a fruit based diet, and do a full fast (no food or water) for 24 hours once a week. See how your body heals itself, which automatically heals your energy, emotions, and mental state.

I'm not advocating you immediately give up all food and water. But transitioning to a fruit diet is the best thing you could ever do for your health. Try it and see for yourself. See how GOOD you feel. Don't trust or believe me, try it yourself and judge the results.

Personally, I don't recommend snake oil merchants.

I am taking dietary supplements as recommended by my NHS consultants and no others.
