My prom was really stupid.. I went with my ex (who wasn't my ex at that time), and he was kinda a jerk.. didn't want to socialize with my friends, so I spent the entire prom sitting away from the dance floor with him, and all my friends thought we were being dumb. Then there was the cruise we all went on, and that was funner, cus it was a casino cruise (with playmoney, mind you), but still, the bf didnt want to socialize. I'm SO glad I'm not with him anymore!

You guys are all right...wanted to take a sec to apologize if i say anything that might sound particularly insulting...it's really just a knee jerk reaction for me to scare straight boys and i hope it's understood it's more a twisted sense of humor than any malice.

I never understood the whole prom mentality to begin with...just another party and at that age most guys are reluctant enough to just dance in public let alone do anything else...if it's not going to be some kind of homophobia related thing it's going to be something else...

Outreach programs tend to be very small...with only a handfull of students,if any, in any given high school so i think it's important for them to branch out and give gay and lesbian youths a chance to socialize with each other...and i do think proms should remian integrated. Most high school clubs tend to have thier own graduation parties in addition to the big one.

Oh...and its not a cherry stem but i really can tie a small knot in a piece of ribbon with my tongue!

(I am guessing the arsehole in question is a male, but I don't want to make any assumptions.) In addition, I definitely think any GUY that thinks two women together is nasty is DEFINITELY GAY!!
When will the world wake up and realize we are all QUEER in one way or another, even if you are straight. Besides, there are alot of so-called straight people out there that are alot more deviant than any of the gay/queer people I know, including myself. I love my husband and my girlfriend and I wouldn't have it any other way. Don't like it? TOUGH SHIT!!!! When you start paying my bills, then you can have a say over my life, until then why don't all the haters out there, especially Daterape, FUCK RIGHT OFF, please.
