Me and a buddy were talking about one of my co-workers... How good looking she was, among other things; I believe my buddy used the phrase "She's got the best ass in the building."

... And then, I turn around, and there she is. She looked at us as if she knew we were talking about her and later on she even asked me what we had said. I'm not that great of a liar, so I told the girl the truth - she's hot.

Still, I hate when that shit happens; of course, it's karma's way of reminding me *not* to gossip.

When I used to play field hockey, we used to do "ass kickers" all the time. That's what we called it when the coach would make us do sprints up and down the field, lifting our legs way up on each stride, so that you would kick your own ass sometimes.
Apparently it helped flexibility and toned your muscle.

There are two types of people in this world: ones who can give themselves an asskicking when it is needed, and ones that cannot.

The ones that can are generally the sort you would want as friends, as it shows they are capable of humility, compassion, and have a sense of humor.

The other ones are fuckin' jerks, and incapable of recognizing it and owning up to it. They ought to be forced to wear signs, or have "fuckin' jerk" tattood across their foreheads.
