I usually do dry it for tea etc., but I've never tried the ice cube thing. What a great idea...thank you!

I use it when I cook lamb...and, in winter, I make a hot cup of mint tea to relax.
Mash it with sugar and raspberries and add lemonade to it.

I dry sprigs of it.

Watching an old Conan O’Brien clip in which his assistant Sona mentions that she used to steal things, and suddenly remembering for the time in ages that my first true love was a “bad girl” who also had a reputation as an accomplished shoplifter. We were at a restaurant once and I mentioned that I liked the ashtray on our table. After we left the restaurant, as we were walking back to my car, she handed me the ashtray. I didn’t see her committing her crime at all. That was true love. Ah, memories!
