Even More Random Thoughts

Relevance, or the search thereof, can be a challenge to one's mind. Overcoming the norms and ignoring the stop signs, to escape invisibility...is it the proverbial "up hill both ways" scenario... hmmm

words, can they be random with a purpose??

A bridge of words can do many things
Tho distance great, so close it brings
To share a moment, or stars above
a chance to dream in distant love

few words to express an aching need
a hug, a kiss, wanting more in greed
finding words to fill the spirit up
is one too many, are three enough

So many thoughts of words at random...

This is kind of a stochastic thread ...
And not

Bear with me folks, for today diction is as close as I will get to dick

Ah the quiet darkness of night…
Does this calm bring on loneliness, or does the din of life finally quiet to the point where one can regain their thoughts, perhaps seeking something familiar to remind their spirit to live…

Embracing the calm, the peace of night, the quiet…

how realistic would it be to move back to Korea? I still have my cousins in Inchon but I don’t know the rest of my extended family. Could I just do it? Live somewhere where I don’t speak the language or have any friends? Would the language come back to me?

Idk if you’re seriously considering this or not, but I’ve lived in Korea. It’s easy to get around just speaking English with a few words of Korean, if you learn to read the alphabet (pretty easy to do). It would probably be harder to find a job or to be someone who looks Korean but doesn’t speak Korean.

I figured if I did it I would try to transfer my job/status and work on one of the military bases. Over there I’m considered white so they’d be shocked if I spoke fluently lol.

Oh that would make sense! I knew a couple of people in the military when I was there and they seemed to have a pretty nice set up.

It’s interesting to play the photo game of what do you see? Looking at a picture and asking another what jumps out at them? You can give it context or not, like “look at her face” “what’s on her mind?” That can also be a caption game with pictures, or a variation as you sit in a cafe…what do you see?

I have a friend who will send me various pictures and ask my thought. Sometimes he’ll direct me to a certain feature or tell me his thoughts. It’s really helped me become more descriptive and able to vocalize my thoughts.

The calm is restorative. ❤️

Situational awareness is at an all time low these days! People walking down the middle of the road in parking lots, blocking aisles in stores, etc. Sometimes I wonder if they're that oblivious, incredibly self centered, or just plain dumb?
The best you can say is “oblivious” followed closely by “bless their heart” lol (southern reference)

Self centered is probably the winner

A knight's delusion...

a white night is confident but humble, steadfast, a protector, a true North sort of gentleman. Caring, nurturing, and gives of himself without hesitation. does not play the game of what will i get out of this, or why do they get that...Who wouldnt want a rock...

the Black Knight is confident with an ego, swings hot and cold, adventurous, lives on the edges of norms, rebellious with enough charm to be encouraged, he is seen as his own man. he is just a step away from being respectable...but is he willing to take that step...

Who are you?
A Guinevere - Holds on to that virtue of a man who leads, who strives for stability for all whom he touch...
or
A Catherine Earnsha - who has, but wants more, needs adventure, needs to be lusted for, willing to meet on the edges...

Is there a Grey Knight to fulfill the needs of the Faire who need both…
