Even More Random Thoughts

Ah, but that's the thing - during the actual season I'm so busy being goddamned superwoman and giving everyone else the magic of time, that I'm too busy to enjoy them the same.

As a side note: I *love* the Royal Variety Performance Show, and yet I often miss it because I get caught up in other stuff because it's too close to Christmas when it's aired. *sigh*
I've not watched it in years. Then again, I don't really watch TV, with a few exceptions.

So, I'm loving the scary movies stuff right now, and I'll be done with Halloween well before it's here. And I do the same with Christmas - I get right into the movies and stuff during November, then into December I'm like 'meh'.

I think it stems from me not liking being told what to do and when to do it... :ROFLMAO:
See I work at Lowe's right now, and we set Halloween up in July and now Christmas is set up now. Three months with Christmas up is going to really dull my appreciation. 🤣

In the Harry Potter series, it was stated that, "the wand chooses the Wizard." We went to the Humane Center to try to find a cat, and it applies there as well. The cat chose us...

They were never 100% invested. You'll have to do a lot of things alone. It'll be a little draining and hurtful. But you already know this.

So start preparing yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, and most important- financially.

You'll be okay. You got what you wanted.
You have friends, one in particular that will help you get through the rough times.

Don't stress, so it doesn't take away from your bonding experience.

I'm sure you know that your diet needs to be changed -ASAP! Take a break from eating meat.

I have been up since midnight. My fucking job got hit with ransomware and I've been working with the team nonstop to restore service.

Oh, and the IT manager who thought I was a racist for geo-blocking countries we don't do business with? The guy who shit all over change management and removed all of our geo-blocking all on his own?

I figure at best his job will end on Friday if not later today.

I enjoy doing research on story structure, and then use that research to (hopefully) improve my evaluating/critiquing of others stories...like I did just now...

My brain does. Not. Quit.

Ever.

As long as I’m conscious,I get plot bunnies, what-if’s, weird coincidences, ‘clever’ characters/places/things/etc ad nauseam. It’s kinda tiring. And when my brain’s loopier than usual, as it is now, it still keeps. GOING.
