October's full moon, nicknamed the Hunter's Moon (and also the only full Blood Moon in 2023), on Oct. 28 is going to be a spooktacular one because it also takes place during a lunar eclipse. Unfortunately the partial lunar eclipse begins at 3:36 p.m. ET, ends at 4:53 p.m. ET and is visible from much of the Eastern Hemisphere, including Europe, Africa, Asia, Antarctica and Oceania.
"Lunar eclipses are three times more powerful and emotional than full moons" . . . as they "mark culminations, breakthroughs or breakdowns, triggering a crisis event that causes us to assess our most internal fears, feelings and actions."
"Rising in headstrong Taurus, bringing fierce shifts that can cause rifts in our sense of security as we try to keep a fair balance between our hearts and our minds. This moment is all about finding the confidence to get our needs met and getting out of our comfort zones."
Taurus is associated with material comforts, security, and self-worth. "Taurus energy is inviting us to get grounded and to enjoy the luxury of our home and what it is that makes us feel good,"
