Latinzfinezt it all depends if your male or female... Most of the males in the not so professional porn movies are self-employed and run the company in which their co-stars work in. The guys who are actually employed have to be better than models, because they have to have the goods and power to keep it up for extended periods of time and perform on the camera as well as looking good on the camera.
So if you have all of the above you either get an agent who knows the industry who can find you interviews or you just live in your little fantasy there because in reality who wouldn't like to be paid for sex with pornstars?
Females on the other hand get it pretty easy...
