I have always been fascinated by this, but not sure I would actually do it to someone or have it done to myself. In particular, the PES Sparkler appeals, although these days their product seem to be mainly designed for use on males. I've experimented with an inexpensive TENS/Estim unit. I've enjoyed it a lot though I've never (so far) cum that way. The good thing is that there's a virtually infinite variety of attachments an devices online, and even materials to custom design your own devices.
