E. Jean Carroll to sue trump for sexual battery under new 'adult survivors law'

Either way… the women Trump hires or appoints are all.. from some casting center

Nicki Halley comes from one of those molds

And then there’s Stephan Miller..Goebbles/Hess… also central casting! See… Gollum or Wormtongue

E. Jean Carroll, the former Elle magazine advice columnist who has previously accused Donald Trump of sexual assault and defamation, is poised to escalate her legal battle with the former president, laying the groundwork for a third defamation lawsuit. Following a string of comments made by Trump at a January press conference, Carroll’s attorney, Roberta Kaplan, informed the court that the former president had once again defamed her client, potentially setting the stage for additional legal repercussions.

He can appeal the ruling, which was already handed down over a year ago.

As if the left/democrats would let something as trivial as honesty and facts get in the way of their persecution of Trump.
Fact: The Left nor Democrats alleged any assault. E Jean Carroll did, by herself, in a court of law and won. What's going on now is not any persecution. The courts are assessing how much more in damages Carroll is awarded.

It ain't looking good for Inmate Trump. Maybe after losing more money in this decision he will slander her again so she can collect more.

I'd like to offer a question to you to test your honesty and ability to acknowledge facts.
Did trump, upon declaring Ms. Carroll unattractive, when shown a picture of Ms. Carroll then mistook her for his then former wife?

$7.3 million for compensatory damages, $11 million to restore her reputation, and $65 million in punitive damages.

Small change for a billionaire like him, but he won't pay her any more than he'll pay Habba or Giuliani.

He's already violated again, more than once, so round three shouldn't be far away.

The next penalty should be $250 million.

The subsequent penalties for future violations should go up in $250 million increments.

Those kinds of judgements will eventually produce a deterrent effect.

*nods*

"I fully disagree with both verdicts, and will be appealing this whole Biden Directed Witch Hunt focused on me and the Republican Party. Our Legal System is out of control, and being used as a Political Weapon. They have taken away all First Amendment Rights. THIS IS NOT AMERICA!"

TIL that Biden was President when E. Jean Carroll first filed in 2019. And it's his 1A right to lie about everything.

^^^ Also that he never used his pet BillyBarr to go after political opponents or other people he just didn't like.

Is anyone willing to donate 83.3 million to help out a convicted fellow and believe he can still run a democratic country? Notice that after he left court and the jury came back with the dollar amount, he didn't specifically go after his victim by name again? That hurt his pocket a little bit.

I noticed that as well.
