Everyone classified as "non-essential" every October should be let go.

First, what is this myth that there is a "nonessential" classification for job function? That designation is for natural emergencies when everyone in the area is being told to stay home if they can.

Second, you obviously have no concept of keeping your own world chugging along without government services utilizing cost effectiveness to get you what you couldn't hope to manage to get for yourself in terms of services.

This jabbing at government services for what you personally pay is total ignorance.
