The issue is not so much legality as consent. Anal and oral can be performed by sentient, consensual individuals.

Anal/oral is still illegal, though, in a handful of states. There's no "consent." I mean, in a lot of states, it's fine, but there's a few with some old, old laws still in place. They don't get enforced, luckily. Just look it up on a "stupid law" website.. there are a few around.

There is absolutely nothing immoral about letting your dog do something he wants to do. I never had to train my dog to do anything. I just decided to not push his head away one time when he was sniffing my crotch. There are no rational reasons to consider this immoral... only religious ones.

Now, if you are a man who wants to have intercourse with a female dog, that could very well be abusive. My understanding is that female dogs are only interested in sex when they are in heat, and they might not be at all interested in sex with a human.
