JL, nice to have a chance to say hello to you!

I really do not care a bit what any one thinks or says on LIT. Most here are rather disengenuous. You seem real. Most are not quite there yet. They are "works in progress." Most can't even figure out what they want or where they stand...

Hello, LL. Hope your day went well.

Yes, it matters to all social creatures what others think of them. There are few truly asocial humans in this world, and most of those we'd be better off staying well away from.

Sandia nailed it when he said I think it sounds cooler to say I buck the system. So I'm a gonna go with that one. Very clever, that is. Best answer of the lot.

Nice to see you post, sigh. I always enjoy what you have to say.

Well, I'm gonna turn off the comp now, so I'm sure we'll talk some other time.:)

Time to watch my Sex & the City DVD!!! :D

Not really.

Do you go with the flow of opinion or do you buck the system?
Whatever's in conjunction with what I believe.

On Lit?
I think on Lit?

On your job?
well.... usually I do what I think is best. I don't kiss ass, but I don't go out of my way to get fired either. I fight for what I think is worth it and leave the rest of the shit alone.

Personal life?
I live it how I want to and everyone else can kiss my ass.

Do you take risks and do they pay off or not?
sometimes. not always.

I don't tend to "make waves" unless I feel slighted or that something is NOT right or could be done better or something is inherently wrong and I know of a solution. No reason to re-invent the wheel unnecessarily.

However if I "buck" the system, I tend to have a solution in hand ~ as opposed to some who "buck" the system just because they can.

I tend to be an innovator, thinker and someone who tries to make things work better, easier, faster and more fluid and with that I tend to "create" ripples.........and take risks. Usually the risk is a predetermined or quantified amount, at the least I do have a clue what the failure could ultimately mean, whilst not always knowing what the positive outcome can/could really be.

Most of the risks I have taken thus far have paid off, I have failed in a few of my risk taking efforts ~ however I have also learned from those failures and become better, smarter, more experienced and a better person because of that.
