Do smaller flaccid penises grow proportionally more when erect

they do infact grow larger (the smaller ones) because of the simple fact that there is only such a length a normal penis can reach and the ones that are smaller when flacid have a bigger chance of "growing" than those which are already rather long.

if a 2" soft one can grow to 6", Would a 4" soft one grow to 12?

According to Masters& Johnson:
The answer is yes,,, the smaller ones do grow proportionally more.
The smaller ones typically double, while the large ones grew about 2/3 larger.
3"-3&1/2" becomes a 6"-6&3/4" erection
4"-4&3/4" becomes a 6&3/4" - 7&3/4" erection.
Of course if you dissagree with these findings, you can dispute them on the grounds that they weren't reprsentitive of all Penises, because modern studies place the average erection from
5.1 - 5.27 inches, so all of the test subjects were moderately large.
Just another case of smaller guys not liking strangers to measure their peckers.

the Average Penis grows double it's size so yes there is a proportion.
a 2 inch when hard gets to be aprox 4 inches a 3 inch will get to be 6....
however guys that have large ones... it's harder to keep an erection so they rarly ever get to full length... so then the proportions can't be compared.

At the risk of sounding very prejudiced, I will say that my (limited) experiece is that a lot of black men hold quite a bit of their length in the flaccid state unlike white men do... so, if what you've witnessed has primarily been black men in a flaccid state, I would bet that length & girth doesn't expand nearly as much as white men's might. I have no earthly idea why this might be the case, but, *shrug* I think it is safe to say that any man's penis in it's flaccid state is in no way indicative of what it is when it is hard.

and what I read was the larger the guy is the harder it is for him to keep his hardon. so real large guys rarly get to their full potential.
