Do Sissy hypnos work and would you send me any that do?

I've tried sissy hypnos and found a few that do seem to resonate somewhat but want to see if anyone has found any that really work. I made my own flashing subliminals that seem to do more for me and wonder if others have done the same. If you have please send them to me thru LIt.
