Okay, time to clear all this nasty undercurrent up. Just in case you were wondering:

I do not hate Protestants. Occassionally I feel a mild annoyance toward Protestants. I also occassionally feel a mild annoyance toward Catholics. Generally, I more often feel mild annoyance toward Protestants than I feel toward Catholics, but the difference is negligible.

I very rarely feel mild annoyance toward Buddhists.

Seriously though, I think that it's easy to misjudge someone over a comment that may not have been well thought out, or meant very seriously. It's easy to misunderstand things here because we are unable to hear the inflections of voice, body language etc etc.

Hmm...this is one of those "my best friend is a pagan" situation. I would have to say that the level of mild annoyance I feel toward mages and other pagans is about equal to the level of mild annoyance I feel toward Catholics.
