The nurse called me today and she will be here after PT on Thursday!!!!
I really hope she can help. This has just been too much to deal with alone.

I ended up taking a nap today after I made it home.
I tried to work in a couple errands between PT and home.
I used up the extra energy carrying boxes and driving
but that's 2 more items checked off the list.

Lately I haven't made a stop between PT and home. My get-up-and-go got-up-and-left!

No! The arthritis in my knees and back won't allow much. I'm going to try to go back to the Richard Simmons Sit Tight video though. I participated in a group therapy on depression and I mentioned the sit tight program. The counselor was skeptical, so I
took my CD to one class. He had to admit that it wasn't as easy as one would think!

I managed to get the girls to lunch today. We all had a great time. One is 70s and the other 90s and I try to get them together once a month for dinner or lunch. They've both outlived their close friends but have people they know from church, etc. But at this lunch they can just hang out call it straight and have fun.

The new nurse/ case manager comes tomorrow at 10:30 after my PT session. I sure pray this is a good first step. She's not going to be happy about a lot of stuff here where I live. Between he heat, mold and mildew then the not to code stuff it's not pretty.

Saw my PCP on Tuesday & I'm up to 34 lbs dropped. He was like my other 2 Docs and really happy about the shoulder and progress. He said not to worry that if I needed them on the housing situation & the effects, they had my back.

I'm jealous of the weight loss. I was looking at the nutrisystem program. You have to join and pay before you can see the food! I sent them an email and got an immediate response, including a phone number! I don't think I'll call though.

My last PT visit this round is tomorrow.
We had flooding here today and I am glad I switched it out to Tuesday.
Plans fell thru this morning but it still worked out so it was better for me in some ways
