Broken Window didn't fail in New York when it was instituted by Rudy Giuliani. He was criticized for arresting turnstile jumpers on the city's subway system, until people realized those jumpers were the same people assaulting, robbing, and raping passengers. Broken Window policing prevents vandals from becoming burglars and burglars from becoming rapists and killers.

1. Decertify ALL public employee unions.

2. Refuse to hire any teacher whose only credentials are "Education Major."

Good start.

A better start would be give them a computer with a program
(or a phone with an app) where correct answers give you a score
and special cat videos with each new level achieved...

And as I suggested, Google Camden, NJ and see what they did: dismantled and restructured.

That's just a reform of the PD, not defunding/dismantling the police.
