Are you willing to join the chorus that says they [all high school girls] are eighteen, and are you willing to go to bat for all those men who were high school teachers and coaches who are now currently imprisoned for having sex with minors?

Because I was upset by your libelous words and the fact that you are basing your prejudice against DCL on a fictional story as proof.

Am I a fan of Dixon Carter Lee's? No, in fact till you started your ranting I had not read his stories but I have now. In fact lots of people probably have now.

I am a mother myself. I believe in justice, morality, the protection of children so that they can grow up in a safe environment with no sexual, physical or mental abuse and a lot of other important issues. I try to be the best person I can be. My conscience is clear.

But I am also a writer, a great way to express myself. I write erotica as well as other sorts of writing. I am horrified that people would read my stories and assume that I am a paedophile or a pervert. It is fiction. This has been my point all along.

I realize now that I was wrong in calling you out. But I stand up for what I believe in. As you claim you do.

For me the matter ends here. I like the people here and respect that some have pm'ed or emailed me saying that you are enjoying this attention. So I do not retreat nor withdraw but simply say

"Choose your battles well."

Be the best that you can be for yourself, your children, family, friends, your community, your country, your fellow man, for all.

This battle of words with you has been pointless in the face of the tragedy of September 11th. 2001. I have wept many times on that day and since.

Both consentual relations uncovered by a third party.

I understand what you say about the 11th, but in America, people are over-reacting and vociferously expressing the willingness to trade freedom for security.

The want more money in law enforcement. More police, more monitering the web. A certain story can the go from being the toast of the board to a chink in the armor of the valuted first amendment guarantees.

That makes the discussion even more topical.

Again. Trying to be consitent, not psychotic. As an athlete, I have found being obsessive about things has lead to great success. I have found that what happens in the tenth round can be much more important than any beatings you take in the first and second rounds, and we are just entering the third round, and every round is a new round...

there is a difference between the age of consent and abusing a position of trust be it pupil/ teacher [a teacher got 18months this week] or doctor /patient.

DCL has turned to unregistered to fight his battle.

Why do I have an issue with this?

It was the chink in DCL's armor and the key to his character flaw. Plus I teach young people and I know how quickly they put someone of trust on a pedastle.

Even though we have done all that we can to kill off heroes in America, children still look to us.

I care not to condone stories that try to turn a high school teacher/pupil scenario into a dating scenario.

And I am interested in how JG is more ofensive than TP, although I must admit, I only scanned it to find if it fit the parameters of my own attack, which, I will repeat once more, was a direct response to DCL's unceasing trolling of Todd which was getting pedantic at best.
