That wasn't my attitude at the time, it was just the best description I could come up with for her while posting. I was in the moment and right on top of the hints that she was putting out that she wanted company when going to the movies tonight. When I let her know that I was interested I was turned down because I am a customer at the shop that I was waiting for something from, and she doesn't date customers so that they don't lose business because it happened to someone else that works there just recently.

And I'm a little old for her (she's 20, I'm 33).

I get ignored there too. My highest match percentages are with younger women or women not in my area. I mostly message women 27 or older. A reply a month would be more than average. Getting two replies from one woman gets my hopes up. Then I get ignored. I don't know how to communicate, or make myself appear desirable.
